Mr. Babak Hoghooghi
Babak Hoghooghi is an attorney practicing at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Since joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Hoghooghi has been a member of the Energy and Project Finance Group in the Washington D.C. office and concentrates on the development, financing and acquisition of international and domestic independent power projects. He is admitted to the bar in New York and the District of Columbia. Babak Hoghooghi is also a founder, Board Member and the President of The Iranian-American Bar Association. Mr. Hoghooghi obtained his law degree in 1994 at the Georgetown University Law Center. Before entering law school, he received a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and worked as a licensed engineer at the Ralph M. Parsons Company in Pasadena, California for four years. |
