Ms. Fereshteh Bekhrad
Fereshteh Bekhrad has over thirty years of domestic and international experience in Design and Development, Project and Asset Management, Urban Design, Master Planning and Architecture. Her expertise includes creating successful partnerships between public and private sectors. She is called upon by developers and government administrators to provide her expertise in urban revitalization, and regional planning and development. Ms. Bekhrad is the Chairwoman and owner of Elmhurst Inc., a design, development and Management Corporation. Her company controls development, asset management, operation, and revitalization of a number of projects. In 1990 Ms. Fereshteh Bekhrad became the Founding Partner and Director General of the Planning, Design and Development Consultants. From 1978 to 1992, Ms. Bekhrad was with the York Hannover group of companies, an international real estate Development and Management Company. As Senior Vice President and General Manager, she was in charge of York Hannover Development Inc USA. Ms. Bekhrad received her Masters degree in Urban Design and Architecture from Washington University. In 1970, she completed her Bachelors and Masters in Architecture, with honors, at Tehran University.
