Mastan Ebtehaj, the local conference organizers, is currently the librarian at the Middle East Centre Library, St. Antony.s College, Oxford. While working on a postgraduate degree in Library & Information Services, she joined the Bodleian library in 1990. She has an MA in Islamic Art and Archaeology from the School of Oriental & African Studies in London. As a PhD candidate, she is conducting research on modern Iranian architecture.
