Pooreh-yeh Seeb-Zamini
Ingredients: (4 servings)
potatoes, 1 kg
milk, one cup
butter, 2 teaspoons
salt
Directions:
Wash and peel potatoes. Add 2-3 glasses of hot water and salt and
cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until soft. Press well
using the back of a fork until potatoes are very soft. Place over
low heat. Add milk slowly while stirring so that milk is fully
absorbed by potatoes. Add butter, mix well, and serve.
